The frame undergoes a high-temperature tempering process at 600°C, followed by a 24-hour controlled cooling cycle inside the furnace. It is then precision-machined with an imported planer mill and assembled using CO2 protected welding. This robust construction guarantees reliable performance without deformation for 20 years.
