Introduction: Metal tube laser cutting machine is used to cut round tubes, square tubes and other metal tubes. Tube processing range: 6500mm * φ10~160mm (rectangular and special-shaped tubes: circumscribed circle ≤ φ160mm). Laser power range: 1kw ~ 20kw.

This series can cut most metal pipes on the market, including conventional pipes and special-shaped pipes. They are widely used in rail transportation, automobile manufacturing, engineering machinery, agricultural and forestry machinery, furniture, pipeline transportation and other fields.

  • 2. Front end should be flush; burr height at both ends ≤5mm.
  • 3. External weld height ≤0.3m; internal weld height ≤2mm.
  • 4. Bending degree of the pipe should be less than 1mm/lm (4mm/6m).
  • 5. Total twisting degree in length direction should be less than 0.02% of total length.
  • 6. Outer diameter tolerance should not exceed ±0.5% (min 0.2mm).
