FAQ
How do I get a quote?
1. Please kindly provide us 3D CAD solid model in Step or IGS format. Normally Two-dimensional (2D) drawings are not adequate for accurate quoting or parts making.
2. Please tell us your requirement on quantity, surface treatment, color, material, and application environment for accurate pricing.
How can I pay?
We accept Bank to bank wire transfer (T/T), Paypal, and Western Union.
What are the advantages of your fabrication services?
1. Over 13 years of abundant experience in sheet metal fabrication.
2. Professional technology and high-accuracy prototypes.
3. Top quality and competitive pricing with a strong focus on customers’ needs.
Why is a rapid prototype necessary?
Prototypes allow the design team to test functionality and ensure fit is correct. They are vital for sales meetings and tradeshows, and significantly reduce time-to-market by ensuring design accuracy.
What materials can you handle?
We work with a wide range of materials including various Aluminum grades (5052, 6061, etc.), Carbon Steel (Q235B, SPCC), and Stainless Steel (304, 316).
What is the typical lead time for custom parts?
Lead times vary based on project complexity and quantity. Prototype orders usually take 3-7 days, while mass production timelines are provided during the quoting process.
