  • 1 One machine can simultaneously perform six operations—cutting, drilling, scribing, marking, beveling, and lock-edge cutting—replacing the traditional workflow of multiple connected machines, saving both space and labor.
  • 2 Equipped with a specialized laser head for profile cutting machines, it achieves true 5-axis simultaneous motion across the A, C, X, Y, and Z axes. The A and C axes can perform ±90° reciprocating movements, ensuring optimal all-around cutting of H-beams.
  • 3 Integrated with a fully automatic loading and unloading system, the machine enables automatic H-beam loading, cutting, and intelligent zoned unloading. Steel materials are automatically transferred from the storage area to the processing area without manual intervention. The system supports a maximum loading length of 15 meters and a load capacity of 7 tons.
